We are a small family business, with a passion for good quality bread and desserts. We embarked on a journey of rediscovering authentic recipes and techniques that bring out the true flavors of food.

My husband Fred and I own and run this small business, I am also the enthusiastic baker whose passion fuels the business. My husband is also involved in the operation of the company. I am a certified health coach and I am very conscientious about the nutritional value of our products. I don't use high fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated fats, artificial flavors or colors.
